We have always love staying here at this resort. We have also stayed at Bonnett Creek and love this one as much. This resort has a very tropical vibe.

Star Island is only 4 miles from Disney World; it includes a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. It also has several nice pools. Points are available for exchanges as well (through Interval International).

What a lovely resort! And so ideally located! Very close to all attractions and not a hassle getting onto the main roads. Even close to the Sam's Club, a perfect place to buy groceries or even get a pre-cooked pizza and a 5-berry shake (our favorites). This is an elegant place, and if you play or would like to play tennis, then you will be in heaven, because they even have free lessons. Other extras like the bouncing thing for little kids make this a special place to stay. Staff are super nice and accomodating. We loved it, and will definitely return!.

Our grand daughters and us own 2 units at star island. It is now totally renivated and beautiful. It has any and all things to do for all ages. It's staff and house keeping are great . Excellently located, can walk to all stores or resturants. For us , it has to be rated one of the best in the area. 5 minutes to the gate of disney , 10- 15 to seaworld or universal. 5 minutes to our favorite italian resturant , Pacchino's. Once you go there , you'll have no regrets

was here in december 2025. all i heard about was closing and upsell. now months later silence from wyndham. resort is run down and needs everything updated

We had an amazing time at this resort, all the staff was really nice and accommodating. Iesha at the front desk checked us in and got us right into a beautiful room. She was very nice and made it an easy process. Nelly by the pool helped us with any questions, the pool area was just what we needed. The rooms are a home away from home, spacious clean and just amazing. The Deli is NYC style and the food and staff are great. What ever you need they have in stock, must try the chocolate cake! We can't wait to come back again, it's affordable and just right for our needs. The grounds are kept very clean and all the staff is very hard at work to keep it that way. Wish I could give more stars honestly, it's so hard to find little gems like this one.

Beautiful resort within minutes of most Orlando attractions. My family have enjoyed this resort for many years, my family has outgrown the accommodations and would like to pass it on to a new owner.

We have enjoyed our Star Island Resort timeshare. Our kids were little and the proximity to Disney parks & Universal Studios was wonderful! Now our kids have grown up but we kept all the memories. They used to love the pool area at Star Island Resort.

Amazing 3-bedroom unit for a great family Florida and Disney vacation every ither year. Unit can be split into separate rentals or occupancy. Top Notch resort with fantastic pool and other amenities.

Great Resort in a fantastic location. Two separate units with an adjoining door to make a 3 bedroom. Kiddie pool with gradual entry. Order drinks by the pool at the poolside bar. Tennis Courts and close proximity to all Orlando has to offer!

This has been the ultimate vacation experience! We went often when our children were young and enjoyed the convenience of having all the theme parks close by, but enjoyed taking a day off at the resort between the hectic Disney days, swimming, playing tennis, and jet skiing in the lake which also has a beach! Once the children were adults it was just as much fun to do nighttime activities. The best bonus was having Old Town right across the street, where we loved the ice cream parlor, sky coaster, dance halls, and taking old-fashioned photos and movies, which we treasure forever :)
