We took my 87-year-old sister-in-law and had no trouble getting a first floor 2 bedroom. Branson is astonishing.
There are more than 50 theaters, most of which seat 1000 or more. Many have 3 shows a day. And that's not to
include the many "attractions" such as a full-size Titanic (complete with mini-iceberg) and Silver Dollar City, an
amusement park. Even if you hate country and gospel music, you will have more than a week's activities. I
concur with the previous writer about the Monday night wine and cheese (and meatballs and dips). It turned
out to be a two-hour show with different performers from the big shows giving 10 minute samples. You can get
autographs and DVD's without standing in line. And all for $6 per person. Unbelievable. With all there is to do
(and the Christmas special activities were in full swing), we didn't spend much time at the resort, but it qualifies
as 5 stars. If you have a chance to go to Yakov Smirnov, don't miss his show. You laugh, you cry, then you laugh
all over again. It's clean and it's FUNNY!
