The property is actually The Lodge at Steamboat Springs which is much closer to the ski base. You can walk the less than 400 yards or take the shuttle that comes every 5-10 min each day to take you back and forth from the mountain. in the evenings, the shuttle continues to run (for free) and will take you into town and the restaurant of your choice as well as pick you up when you're ready to return. This is really a top notch resort. Very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are large and so are the living areas.

The Worldmark Steamboat Springs Resort and the staff are great. The staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. However, they will ask for you to attend a timeshare presentation that is optional. There's a game room, weekly activities like bingo with prizes, indoor and outdoor pool, wet and dry saunas. The resort is located about .5 mile away from the free shuttle line that will take you to the ski mountain and into town. Strawberry Hot Springs or the Downtown Hot Springs are a must visit along with 8th Street grill during happy hour for the best steak burger at a reasonable price.

We have been vacationing at The Village at Steamboat Springs for 15+ years in the winter and summer. The Wyndham accommodations are updated, clean, comfortable and convenient. There is easy access to the mountain with free shuttle. There are free public buses to downtown which has fabulous restaurants, art galleries and shops. Staff at Wyndham are knowledgeable and accommodate your needs. They have a concierge desk to help you plan out your activities and also can provide discount coupons to many of the local restaurants. We love going there and you will too!!
