We stayed in a K unit and loved it! The unit is larger than expected and had a nice view of the ocean. There are two walkways out to the beach and a nice sized pool. There is an onsite laundry that is free and outside play area for the kids. The OBX has beautiful beaches and it was nice staying right on the beach! Can't wait to go back!!!

Excellent, but older. In great condition. The ocean “ Front” unit is awesome. Literally 100’ from the Ocean and you can sit on your deck and see and hear the waves. The ocean is also in sight of the living room couch. All kitchen utensils are provided and sheets and towels are there also. There is a newly installed large pool on site, a children’s playground and an out door grilling and picnic area. Free parking is included. An excellent choice if you want to walk to the beach from your room. 2 full baths and a nice Master Bedroom suite with its own full bath and TV. Free internet is also provided.

We stayed in one of the worst units (an "L" unit) in the whole facility. Our "ocean view" was a little slot between two other buildings. The entry was through a bedroom!

Other than that, it was an agreeable and pleasant unit in a nice facility, one of the better OBX timeshares.
