Excellent location in the heart of the Ogunquit, Maine coastal town. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Resort provides free shuttle service to nearby beaches. Comfortable units with well equipped partial kitchens. All units have a private bedroom with a queen sleep sofa in the living area.

The Falls is centrally located near all the best beaches , trolly access to the Village of Ogunquit, restaurants and Summer vibe. If you are looking for a Summer beach getaway this is it. Accommodations are on par with a 5 star resort, onsite parking, indoor heated pool, next door to a 5 star italian restaurant Angelina's, and right across from Beach Fire Grill, walking distance to Foot Bridge Beach. Onsite staff is friendly and caring. Unit has a kitchenette, soaking jet tub for 2 and a comfy King size bedroom and a pullout queen sleeper sofa. Cable tv is also included or pick from a well stocked DVD library in the Lobby area. A great place to make an annual week stay.

I love the proximity to downtown, beach, shops, and restaurants! The Falls is close to Footbridge Beach and our suite has a view of the ocean. Its my favorite spot!

The best of Maine! The Falls is a well maintained property with a large indoor pool and outdoor patio. We have been taking our family here for 20 years. It is walking distance to beautiful Footbridge Beach, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The Ogunquit Playhouse is also close by.

A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Ogunquit/Seacoast Maine. Clean, safe, free shuttle transportation to all points of interest. Indoor pool available, rain or shine. Convenient to many nice restaurants and shops.

Unit has Jaccuzi bath tub in the room form great intimate experience and relaxing. Full kitchen with utensils. Excellent peaceful location on first floor. TV in living room and bed room for choice of entertainment. Excellent week to enjoy Maine and New Hampshire foliage. Close to Kittery shopping mall and Free port Main for great shopping experience.

Great layout in rooms. Perfect location and a short walk to beaches and downtown and restaurants across the street. Truly a fantastic summer vacation!!

Great location in beautiful Ogunquit. Shuttle to beach and trolley stops out front for easy travel to Ogunquit Center or Kennebunkport. Clean efficient rooms with jacuzzi big enough for 2 in the bedroom.

Overall the location is great and the staff couldn't be nicer. If you are planning on cooking, kitchen is very limited and the bathrooms really need to be updated. That being the negative the positive is it's very clean and the location is great. Perkins Cove is a must see as is the Mariner's walk along the cliffs. Had a nice stay.

We were very dissapointed in the small size of the unit and the lack of a kitchen. And, the bed was terribly soft and lumpy. On the plus side, the location is convenient to Maine & NH attractions & the staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is a small but quaint property with wonderful staff, located walking distance to beach, but also has its own free transportation. The apartments are well equiped ,clean and are all one bedrooms which can sleep up to 4. Indoor pool and recreation.

We have stayed here a few times and really like it. It's one of our favorite places to go and unwind. It is a short, pleasant walk to the beach. The trolley stop is next door and very convenient if you want to go downtown and not have to worry about finding or paying for parking. They have made some nice upgrades to the units. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite is great. The unit is perfect for two, and a little tight for four. There is a small fridge and not much for cooking facilities if you are planning on cooking meals. When it's just the two of us, it's so much nicer to dine out especially if you go next door to the relatively new italian restaurant and sit outside or go downtown and dine outdoors. There never seems to be any bugs. The beach is awesome. We love to walk it in the early a.m. or late afternoon or walk along the Marginal Way.

We stayed here in Sept. 2005 after several attempts to exchange into here. It was worth the wait as Maine is a really neat place to visit. The Falls is very convenient to the beach and every other place in the area.

The units are not overly large and do not have a full kitchen. But the front desk people are very friendly and helpful and made our visit special.

The only problem we had was that we had the unit fartherest away from the hot water tank and it took forever for us to get hot water and even then it was not that hot. I was concerned that when washing dishes (there is no dishwsher) that the water was not hot enough to sanitize. Also there were several stains or dirty spots on the carpet by the front door.

We had a couple of calls to attend sales presentations but not real pressure to attend. We just said "no thanks" and that was that.

Nice place for a quiet vacation. My husband and I loved it. The unit was perfect for two.
