The Village Of Palmetto Dunes is a great place for families. It's family oriented on Hilton Head Island. It's very clean and monitored well.

Very clean safe resort with many activities. They constantly update the inside and outside of the buildings and other facilities. 3 championship golf courses are located within the resort. 2 of them are a 1 minute walk. Close to pristine beach as well.

BEEN OWNER FOR 20+ YEARS. LOVE LOCATION AND COMPLEX. VERY QUIET.

Palmetto Dunes Resort (PDR) is the premier full-service destination on Hilton Head Island. We are selling this timeshare because we now permanently reside in PDR. The floor plan is that of a townhouse and consists of several floors, including a full kitchen, comprising 1545 square feet of living space. The deck overlooks the 18th green of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The community's pool and hot tub are open all year round. It lies adjacent to pickle ball and tennis courts, beyond which are the beach and the Atlantic Ocean No motor vehicle is needed to get there!!

PICKLEBALL/TENNIS PLAYERS - you can walk to the courts from this unit. Plus you get two parking passes so you can give one to another friend if you were playing in any of the tournaments.

You will see by multitudes of reviews that this resort is a hidden gem and extremely sought after. It has everything you could possibly want in a clean, safe and serene setting. Close to everything...we fell in love with it and decided to buy 2 weeks back to back in July. Bicycling is a fun way to enjoy the beauty of the whole community and miles of beach. Bike Rentals easily available. We cannot use the latter part of our ownership because of work obligations.
