This is a party timeshare. When we were there, we couldn't get a spot at the pool once. And at night, the hot tub was full of college students who had their own liquor down in the pool area. They would close the other hot tub, so the place basically catered to the college students. We asked about the partying and were told "that's just how it is." Would never go back with a family.

Top resort . 2 pools gym bar and cafeteria. Right on sea front.

Benn here several times, right on the ocean. Tiki bar near the pools. Staff is very helpful at check out, we needed to storage our luggage there at checkout because our flight was 5 hours later, the staff happily accommodated us. Very clean resort and rooms. You won't be disappointed with Wyndham Ocean Walk.

Sitting on one of the only pedestrian beaches in Daytona Beach, this resort can accommodate whatever you’re up for — quiet relaxation along the shore, roaring NASCAR races, and everything in between.

We love this resort. We have taken the family here many times. Resort is right on the beach and has pool and lazy river. Nice little beach town and close to Daytona International Speedway.

This is a great place to spend the 4th of July week, just steps away from the beach and the inter-coastal waterway! Enjoy a beautiful view from your balcony, and a wonderful family friendly resort with several swimming pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, and plenty of activities for everyone! This is a beautiful facility! Right next door, you will find the Ocean Walk Shoppes, boardwalk amusements, and restaurants. The Ocean Walk has free parking for one vehicle; additional parking is located across the street in a parking garage for a fee. (Note: The resort is unable to provide parking for boats, trailers, and over-sized vehicles. This is a non-smoking resort.)

Ocean Walk in not only one of the most beautiful resorts I have visited but its also the most convenient when you are visiting Daytona Beach and its beautiful boardwalk. Walk right outside of the resort and you are immediately on the boardwalk with all the amazing restaurants and bars. The bandshell is immediately outside of the gated area. It has more pools than any other resort along with the lazy river. The staff and the service at this resort is 5 stars. I can't say enough good things about resort. Bike week activities are all within walking distance. 5 star!

We have enjoyed this resort for years. They are located on the beach with all the Daytona activities available. The rooms are well furnished with quality amenities. We selected this resort to celebrate our 50th anniversary with all the family.

The pool facilities are very nice at this resort. The resort is oceanfront and has very easy access to the beach. Nice area to walk and the last time we stayed at the resort in 2023 our room was very clean.

Beautiful condo on the beach at Daytona. Lots to do in the area for adults and kids.

Great resort, right next to the beach. The beach is shallow so one can wade out quite far with lifeguards during the day. The two pools and lazy river are very nice. For a quieter stay, request a room above the 7th floor or else you can hear the arcade and game room. There is seemingly plenty of parking.

Location, Location, Location, great place to enjoy the awesome beach and great view. close to all amenities for families.

I have been coming to this resort every year for about 20 years and look forward to it every year. It is clean, beautiful, and located right on the boardwalk near the bandshell, shoppes, and the pier.
