JUST CAME HOME FROM 2 WEEKS AT PARADISE BEACH VILLAS. POOLS HAVE ALL BEEN REFURBISHED AND BUILDINGS NEWLY PAINTED. ALL UNITS ARE BEING COMPLETELY REMODELED. IT IS A WONDERFUL RESORT IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION. 88 UNITS OF HEAVEN.

On a trade wind-cooled island with No bugs, sits this very lovely resort on Eagle Beach-- far from Hurricane Alley. All the comforts of home and more. Spacious and private this 1- bdrm is set up for maximum privacy if a person is using the Liv. rm sleeper. There's plenty of closet space, and storage drawers for guests. Kitchen is to die for!! 2 great pools, in suite jacuzzi plus 2 or 3 heated whirlpools and a special waterfall & sunning rocks for resident iguanas!

Paradise Beach Villas (PBV) is a hidden gem. The staff are wonderful and long time employees, and its pristine. There are four restaurants on site including a tiki bar which serves breakfast and lunch and happy hour. PBV is directly across the street from beautiful Eagle Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Aruba is spectacular and PBV is truly paradise!

Paradise Beach Villas is my home away from home. A wonderful resort, on one the most magnificent beaches in the world! Conveniently located to casinos and restaurants.

Excellent property - small and intimate - but perfect location. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Quiet property with several excellent restaurants on the grounds.

Have owned several weeks at this resort for over 25 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Aruba..... it continues to get better each year!

Just came back from a week at the best resort on the Island. No crowds like LaCabanna. Friendly Staff who care. Well situated with a pristine beach and two mammoth pools. Never a problem with chairs or umbrellas. Two hot tub/whirlpools. Great bar at pool with happy hour. Units well furnished, with great air conditioning and private balcony. Traded for week but wish I owned at this Property.

Really nice resort, family oriented. Just renovated the pool area. Clean , well maintained , glad I found it 10 years ago. Too old to go by myself have to rent it.

Conveniently located on Eagle Beach---away from crowded Palm Beach. PBV is much nicer place to relax and recover in Aruba. Both the town and Palm Beach are easily accessible. The staff at PBV are easy going. We have been going to PBV in Aruba for the past 30 years. They continue to maintain and upgrade the resort. My favorite place to stay in Aruba.

Located on beautiful Eagle Beach, Aruba. Low density resort with great staff, 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, across the street from beach, newly renovated rooms.Very relaxing vacation experience.

Been going to this resort since 1989 Love it! Its steps to Beautiful Eagle Beach voted one of the top beachs! Pool right out back of your 2 patios on floor level. rooms are spacious and comfortable. if you rent a car you can park right out the front door. Full kitchen is great with supermarket about 5 minutes away. Walk out your patio and 2 minutes over to have breakfast or lunch. Its so relaxing and weather is always perfect. Being on the bottom floor and so close to everything is so conveconvenient!

We have been coming here since 2007. We Love Eagle Beach being right across the street. It is much less crowded than the high rise area and we still have access to all of that when we want to visit the shopping and restaurants. It has been a great area for our children and now our grandchildren. The week we have, works out well with the weather and and the smaller crowds. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Love this place. The only reason we are renting or selling is because we are seniors and don't like to travel anymore. Loved everything about this place. The weather is the best you can get anywhere. The staff are so helpful and happy all the time. Miss it more and more each year. Best vacation place we have ever been to.

Paradise Beach Villas is a small, clean, quiet resort in a fantastic location, across from Eagle Beach (rated as a top 5 beach in the world by TripAdvisor every year). The resort and the staff are fantastic. It really feels like a family atmosphere and it’s very relaxing during the day and very quiet at night. Although, it is a short walk to many great restaurants, not to mention the three restaurants on the property, which are all very good. Superfoods is a huge grocery store within a five minute walk from the resort. Superfoods has everything you can think of, including many types of fresh made breads, a small liquor store, a huge deli and many marinated meats prepared daily.

I have owned this timeshare since 2005. Having been there every year this would be the place I would go again. If you like the beach, no better location

Great location, directly across from world famous Eagle Beach! Some units are recently renovated and are comfortable and clean! Great pools, attentive staff and a great place to relax without all the high rise hotel commotion! We have been staying here for years and would not hesitate to recommend this little piece of paradise!

Great place to stay in Aruba! Voted as one of the best beaches in the world! Family friendly!

Great location at Eagle Beach. Within walking distance to restaurnts and casino. Very quiet low key location.
