I've been an owner here for almost 20 years and have loved the times we've stayed here. Great for families as well as older adults -- right next to a golf course. Separate Adult Pool. Wonderful memories!

I've been to the resort several times, and was an owner, but later sold. It is quiet with few activities. However, Zion & Bryce are close enough for a day's trip. Love the area. Love the hiking and National Parks. Visit Snow Canyon, too. Weather can be tricky. Went once in early June and nearly boiled - literally 110 degrees. Went in early May and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon was closed and didn't open until mid-May because of snow. Go figure.

There are 2 different sizes of units (both 2 bedroom). Call for an upgrade if you want a lot of space in the living room. The living room of the smaller unit is cramped. Very nice staff and units are very clean and well decorated. Love the adult pool and hot tub. Very quite and quite large.

The town is quiet too, but worthwhile to visit the Temple and the historic area such as Brigam Young's winter home. We found the site of the Mountain Massacre also interesting.

Great timeshare rental. Have stayed here three times. New adult only pool is quiet with scenic view. You will need a car to see the sights (Zion, Cedar Breaks, Snow Canyon etc.) which are magnificent. The time share is on the Southgate golf course. The recent addition of a back nine is a tremendous improvement. The most recent unit we stayed in was recently upgraded to two bedrooms, two baths and I understand all units will be upgraded the same. Quiet area but very close to town. Best in spring and fall.

RCI gave us bad info, so the one star rating is probably lower due to our expectatons. We had a two bed room, one bath?? with six adults. It took forever to get ready in the mornings. The hide-a-bed folded down from the wall and took up the entire living room. We had to put furniture in the closet and stuffed chairs in the kitchen just to move around. It was too much trouble putting the bed up and down. We were told there was an indoor pool, but it is outdoors only. No bathroom/shower or changing facilities at the pool. That's not good with kids swimming in the cold. No jacuzzi in rooms. Only one washer/dryer for the entire resort up by the office and you have to pay for it. It is a long walk to all the units unless you are in the ones near the parking lot. Parking is tight and there were no resort sponsored meals or activities. The best thing was the National Parks and Snow Canyon. Beautiful scenery.
