Our family of 7 stayed here for a wedding. Huge units next to gorgeous Veterans Park! Location was fantastic with shops,restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Unit was beautifully decorated and very spacious with three bedrooms|sofa sleeper in family room. Two bedrooms had king beds and one bedroom had two twin beds. Our unit had three bathrooms so that was very nice! Units accommodate 8 people! Full kitchen was really nice and updated. Washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. All units have screened balconies overlooking Smokehouse Bay. Pool was relaxing and there were areas to grill. Gym was well maintained and very clean. We used the Free shuttles to and from Tiger Tail and South beach so no Uber charges or parking fees. Shuttle is available upon request at front desk. Beach chairs(Tommy Bahama)and bikes available on site too. Everything was great! We LOVED it and will definitely stay at Sunset Cove again!

SPACIOUS, 1667 sq ft TOP floor, 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATH unit is a FAMILY DREAM!!! From the 2 king bedroom suites to the BREATHTAKING VIEWS of Marco Island, Sunset Cove has been our family, extended family and friends’ cherished vacation for many years!!!

Awesome location and just one building so no massive crowds to deal with. Plenty of free parking. Very clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very well priced vs other resorts on the island even though its upscale. Awesome bbq ribs at nearby Michelbobs ! Also a beautiful newly redone public park adjacent to the hotel. Free bikes for anyone who wishes to explore the island. Tigertail beach nearby and was a very unique experience. Ask Dan just about any question about local restaurants.

Beautiful spacious condo with 3 large bedrooms and comfortable queen sofa bed that can host up to 8 people comfortably along with 3 full size bathrooms. Full size washer/dryer makes this beautiful condo a must for your family. Steps away from the water/dock- has a stunning pool/hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs/ tables ect. Also has grill area to host cook outs. My whole family can fit in this condo that has over 1900 sq ft of living space. Love Love this resort!

This is a great location. It's located across from a ton of grocery options and restaurants. It's also located in a manner that makes it convenient when you need to leave off the island for other visits.

Sunset Cove units are very spacious, equipped with up-to-date furniture and furnishings with a delightful lanai overlooking the pool, waterway, and golf of Mexico. Location of Sunset Cove is such that you are near numerous eating establishments and shopping. Staff at the facility is second to none always there to please, with a free shuttle to the golf of Mexico.

We have spent many weeks here with friends and family. Shuttle to and from the beaches. Dock for your boat. Clean, friendly attentive staff. Location is great…walk to all the restaurants and shoppes!

We stay here every year for the past 8 years I believe. I hesitate to give such a good review because it might limit our availability to find bookings. LOL Just kidding. I am pleased to offer a five star review with a bonus five star on top as they deserve it. You won't be sorry if you stay here.

Luxury accommodations with top notch staff (they are so friendly and helpful) and so many beaches and attractions within walking distance. There is also a beautiful park right next door and a unique pool that runs along the water views. We love this resort!

Resort is beautiful. Quiet, nice location. Within walking distance to grocery store, weekly farmers market, and some lovely restaurants with great happy hours!

Beach is a two minute drive with a free shuttle from hotel. Beach chairs available from resort. Nice touch. Bikes available, pool and hot tub. Staff very helpful....just ask!

The resort is located on Smokehouse Bay on Marco Island, and is less than two miles from the Gulf waters of Southern Florida. The island is famous for its beautiful beaches offering lovely sunsets, with an opportunity to find rare shells. The resort offers a beach shuttle, grilling station and picnic area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and many other amenities. A grocery and park are located on either side of the property for your convenience. Units are spacious and come with a fully equipped kitchen and full laundry.

HICV in Marco Island is a relaxing location. Take a stroll on a bicycle. Go kayaking with manatees and dolphins. Enjoy your nice room with everything you need. You'll have a great time and make wonderful memories.

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything you could want. Upscale facility with very comfortable furnishings. Pleasant and friendly staff. Relaxing pool. Bicycles and boating available. Kid friendly with activities and playground at public park next door.
