We have been coming to this resort for more than 15 years, and own a unit. Our experience with Redweek renting a different unit (to fit more family members) was excellent. There are activities for all ages, from young kids, to teens, young adults and older. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. There is an excellent on-site spa, with complementary sauna, steam room and jacuzzi before your service. The on-site travel agency has competitive prices for excursions. Restaurant options are great. We have chosen at times to take advantage of the all-inclusive meal option, but have also found the kitchen to be highly functional for family meals. The resort is continually updating the rooms and grounds, so they are always in great shape. I also love the option for direct transport from the airport to the resort. In short, this is a guaranteed, easy and enjoyable option for a great family vacation we all enjoy. So many wonderful memories.

Great location away from the craziness and crowds of Cancun, easy access to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. Beautiful resort, you can get whatever combination of relaxation and activities you'd like. Calmer ocean than Cancun hotel district provides an enjoyable ocean experience for young children. Lap pool, jacuzzi on balcony, jacuzzis on pool level, multiple pools, play areas ... enjoy!!

Our family always had a great time there. We're older now and travel is too difficult. Wonderful resort with great restaurants!

Fabulous resort on the Caribbean with several pools, restaurants, sports desk, tour desk, organized activities, convenience market on site, fitness center, and lots of garden space with water features, hammocks etc. if you just want to chill. This unit has kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, small fridge. The bathroom has shower/tub combination, vanity with storage. The main room has desk, plenty of closet storage, locking safe. The oceanfront balcony offers two chairs and a small table for enjoying sunrise or watching the stars. The staff is very professional and helpful and the grounds and rooms are beautiful. Daily housekeeping except holidays. A wonderful getaway!

Beautiful Resort! Close to downtown Playa Del Carmen with shuttle available! Two beautiful pools and excellent food service. Great destination with many options for trips available to local Mexico sites!

We purchased at the Royal Haciendas before it was built. We just saw the model on the beach and as we already owned another Royal Resort, we bought our unit!

It is a taxi ride north of downtown Playa del Carmen and is in a gated community.

We see the same staff year after year; they love it there and so do we!

A little slice of paradise on the Mexican Riveria. Enjoy pristine white sand beaches and two, large pools with swim up pool bars. The villa is both spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen, and two separate balconies overlooking the Caribbean.

Unit I366 is a corner, oceanfront penthouse. Arguably the nicest, most private view in the resort.

The staff is attentive and courteous and keep the beach and all pool areas very clean. Come enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!

We have owned weeks at the Royal Haciendas since 2006. It is always a very relaxing vacation enjoying the resort amenities and long beach walks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Several things to discover and enjoy in the area.

Beautiful resort with gorgeous landscaping, views and excellent restaurant choices. Infinity pool is so inviting and beautiful. This resort does not disappoint!

Fantastic location, close to Playa de Carmen with an old Mexico feel, the 4 story resort fits in well with the local area and not like the skyscrapers on the strand in Cancun. love that there is a golf course on site and you can borrow clubs from the recreation area and that they have a great kids club or the younger kids and a gaming r for the older ones.

We bought a week here on our honeymoon in Cancun and have traveled now for 20 years to the area, bringing our family as they grew (now three kids ages 12, 14 & 17). Our girls love the independence they feel with the layout of the resort - it is big enough to feel huge while still maintained for safety. The people are great - many of the servers and bartenders have been with us all these years. We spend our days swimming in the pools, walking along the beach, taking photos and eating wonderful food. Adventures are not far (we go to Xel-Ha each time) and the rooms and grounds are maintained beautifully. It has truly become a "home away from home." My only regret is purchasing a fixed week, which requires us to change dates almost every time we go because of sports teams, school schedules, etc.

Great resort for families and close to La quinta avenue, where you have plenty of restaurants and club choices. The resort is close to many attractions like Xcaret, Hel Ha and cenotes.
