Fabulous vacation spot on the ocean! Take short lazy walks to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful public walking park across the street from your apartment. Have your choice of 2 relaxing swimming pools available!

Beachfront unit, sleeps 6. One king, 2 twin beds, one sleeper sofa. Pool and deck overlooking beach. Fully furnished with appliances and AC. Us of all facilities at this resort plus sister resort next door The Soundings. Also heated indoor pool and outside hot tub. Numerous restaurants nearby and playground for kids. Linens and towels provided and exchanged as needed. Feel free to visit site for descriptions and pictures.

Breakers is located in beautiful Dennisport, Ma. on Cape Cod. The latter part of July is the best time to enjoy the beaches of the Cape for the greatest liklihood of warm weather as New England Springs run late. Breakers offers two pools, one overlooking the ocean and the other across at their North building for a little more privacy. There are laundry facilities on the premises. Additionally, Breakers is in conjunction with the Soundings Resort right next door which provides you with access to two additional pools (one is indoor in case of a rainy day) and hot tub. Breakers is within walking distance of several local restaurants, a beach bar right down the road and short drives to hundreds of other restaurants on the Cape.

PRACTICALLY RIGHT ON THE BEACH you do not have to cross the street for anything. Pool is amazing. Fishing down the beach to a jetty, make sure you bring your fishing rods. Grills, laundry ,ice machine and towels are all included. Convenient to everything you need. Close to bike trails, kayaking. restaurants, ice cream.The beach is my favorite place to sit and read a good book. Walk to the ocean house tiki bar for food and music. Just beautiful and right on the water.Frozen drinks are amazing.

This is a beautiful location on the Cape. Every stay has been enjoyable and relaxing. I've used this timeshare over the years of having owned it as a "springboard" to easily travel throughout the Cape, as well as out to Martha's Vineyard. The unit is comfortable and always clean, and the staff is readily available for extra towels, cleaning, and anything else I've needed. I especially love the three different pools from which to choose.

Resort is in a very desirable location on Cape Cod, and is near all shopping and restaurants. My studio rental is a waterfront unit.

Great location on the ocean. Long beaches accessible from the property. Rooms are spacious. Outdoor pools or indoor pools always clean. Central location on the Cape allows us to travel anywhere on the Cape easily. We travel here as a couple or with 2 friends. Fills the needs of R&R and adventures.

Super location on the beach. Comfortable living spaces with jetted tub in the unit. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations! The shared amenities privileges with the Soundings Resort next door, it gives you choices of pools and beach area to enjoy.

Great resort with beaches, pools and close walking to restaurants, bars and entertainment. We own unit 202 which is directly above the outdoor pool with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and just steps to the beach.

Always feel welcome staff does an excellent job especially Rollie in housekeeping and Amelia at the front desk. Between them they solve any problems and make your stay great.

Two drawbacks:

Parking is difficult even in the off season

No fitness facility or arrangement to use one somewhere else.

Great location with both a heated outdoor pool and only steps to the ocean. If you have had bad experiences on past vacations, give this resort a second chance. It is now competentedly managed by Blue Green and you will really enjoy your vacation. The staff from housekeeping to front office are gracious and efficient. Upgrades have been made and more are planned. I look forward to my 2012 timeshare week.

We own a week in the "house"-- it's a separate building right on the beach and with only two 2BR units. Recently renovated, it's just gorgeous-- lovely decor, comforable, soothing colors; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa, jacuzzi on the front room facing the water.

Just to hear the ocean so close is a treat! My husband just walks out the door to fish.

The only downside is that people pass the unit to get to the beach-- but recently some signs and chain link barriers have really reduced this. The new management has been very helpful meeting owner's and visitor's needs.

The staff are very helpful, we've gotten to know then as we return each summer.

Check out the oyster bar nearby, or the Wee Packet (full on Irish breakfast and some "wicked awesome" chowdah!); go to the drive in in Wellfleet, or continue to P-town for shopping, whale watching, etc.

Not a fan of this resort. Room (521) was very small. Furniture was new but is showing signs of wear, ac didnt cool the room down. Received 3 timeshare calls during stay, all before 9am. Decor is dark and depressing... will not return.
