Excellent service, friendly and reliable staff, very clean, great location in Cancun (beautiful beach, not in the busy touristic area, supermarket and mall next to the resort, small market inside the resort, great gym (use is included), walking distance from the main mall, good restaurants close by, etc.), excellent view because the room is in a high floor almost to the front of the building, very quiet because is in the section of the resort where there is no music and activities in the pool area. We like the week 25 because is one week before the vacation season at Mexico, thus the resort is not crowded

The Royal Sands is in a great location on the strip, just a short walk away from Plaza Kukulcan which offers luxury shopping as well as a Soriano grocery store. Alternatively, walk the beach in either direction to your heart's content.

Royal Sands offers an extraordinary vacation experience. The resort is pristine and the staff is consistently courteous and very helpful.

Mall with in walking distance. Close to other shopping . Restaurants in the are very good! Has sport bar with pool tables. Have kids activities center .

First Class accommodations on the beach! Amenities include spa, restaurants, multiple pools, sports bar, gym, recreation center, and new outdoor aquatic park. Bicycles, volleyball, sailboats, tennis, and snorkel gear are free for guests. Great for families. Have been there 12 times.

I love the Royal Sands. The location is great with restaurants and La Isla mall close-by. The resort is well maintained and the staff are the friendliest of anywhere in the world I have travelled. The beach here is outstanding with gorgeous views of teal ocean waves.

Close to Airport, Great large beach area and lots of activities. Good food and and friendly service. You can book excursions on site with Thomas Moore.

I've been staying on the beach in my unit ever since the Royal Sands opened in 2000. This year however, I am unable to make the trip.

The Royal Sands has a fun side and a quiet side. Each are incredibly accessible. The food and service are very good. The facilities are spotless and daily cleaning g service in the rooms: amazing. The oceanfront is absolutely a stunning turquoise! The kids club is loved by our children and the care givers are excellent. Perfect vacation from front desk to tearful leaving.

Our family has been going to the Sands since it was built. We love it there. We have grandkids, and they enjoy the kids pool as well as the beach. The staff is always kind and helpful.
