We love all the options for indoor and outdoor swimming. Indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and indoor water park for younger kids is available even in the winter. Outdoor pool is available in the summer as well.

Holiday Inn Smoky Mountain Resort is our very favorite resort in Gatlinburg, TN area. Our family has visited several times a year in all seasons and their condos are extremely clean and have every thing a family would desire to make the best vacation ever. The resort's location is excellent, just a walk down the street and you're on the main strip. Right next to the Gatlinburg Convention Center is a rare convenience. Indoor and outdoor pools, fire pits, hot tubs, activity centers and arcades! Can't beat the covered parking areas that lead directly into the elevators to your floor. Convenient and safe property with top notch friendly staff. They have always been extremely courteous and most helpful when you have any problem or need. Of all the Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs we have visited, we love the Holiday Inn Smoky Mountain Resort the best!

It is a beautiful property with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, propane fire place to sit by in the evening, multiple BBQs, and an excellent location. It is a few blocks off the main street and backs on to a ravine. It is very peaceful and quiet. You also avoid the exhaust and noise from vehicles. It is beside the convention center and only minutes from the park. The rooms come with kitchens and are well stocked. If there is something that is not in the kitchen, like a roasting pan, you can call the front desk and they will bring you one. I have been going for years and never had a bad experience

We love this resort! We are able to walk downtown or catch the trolley across the road. It is a great location and the staff is so friendly.

We love to be able to walk to town from the resort! Walking to the 4th of July parade is so easy and fun!! We don’t ever have to worry about parking. Town is just a block away!!

This is a beautiful resort in a great location in Gatlinburg. It's close to restaurants, attractions and the Smoky Mountains. The Signature units are beautifully decorated and well appointed.

A amazing resort in the heart of Gatlinburg! Or a 5 min. drive to hundreds of hiking trails or 15 min drive to Dollywood! In the last 4 years we have visited 5 times. Just spent last Christmas there and the grandkids loved it!

This resort is located in the heart of Gatlinburg close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is great. The resort is very clean. And a great place for family vacations.

Nice location and very clean. Old property with outdoor corridors to rooms, 2 elevators for a large sprawling building, and wonky wiring that caused lights to randomly go on and off. Very limited handicapped parking was never available and all other parking involved an uphill walk. None of the 4 handicapped parking places were wide enough to bring a wheelchair to the side of the vehicle. The thermostat didn't work and the temperature didn't budge off of 75 degrees for the whole week. Very uncomfortable!

We originally purchased our timeshare on our honeymoon in Gatlinburg in 2006. As we became a blended family and added on a child it was always easy to book and family friendly for us to use. We have since moved to the beach and enjoy our time at home on our boat and most traveling is now done to visit family. We have been satisfied with the majority of our stays over the years.

Our family loves this resort in downtown Gatlinburg. Easy parking deck, simple walk to the downtown shops and food. Love the hot tubs, pools, and the indoor water park for the kids. The New Year celebration is awesome, shutting down the main Street for the party with awesome fireworks. Christmas decorations are stunning. Fall leaf display in October is incredible. We always are able to find something new to do around Gatlinburg.

Perfect location to view the leaves changing colors! The front desk staff are very helpful and the unit was nice and clean with a view to the mountains. Very relaxing!

This resort is an excellent place stay if you are planning to spend some time in Gatlinburg/Smokey Mountain National park. It is a shot walk to the main drag of Gatlinburg and a short drive to Smokey Mountain National park. The resort is also great for relaxing when you want to get away from the business of downtown.

Breathtaking views of the Great Smokey Mountains, an array of shops, restaurants, shows and activities to keep the whole family entertained the whole week.

We stayed Oct 17-21,2016 it was great. Although they were doing some construction and renovations the workers took extra care as not to be too loud, unsafe, or in the way. It is a few steps to the action on main street but not bad at all. There is a fantastic pancake house across the road. Will return here in the future.

We are staying now at this resort and, overall, it is one of the best we have used as an exchange. The villas are one and two bedroom units, all have in=room gigantic jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces, comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, roomy interiors with full kitchens, large in-wall television and best of all, it is within a short walk of historic Gatlinburg in the Smoky Mountains which boasts over 400 shops, restaurants, attractions (including an awesome Sky Lift ride that takes you to the top of the best peak and offers outstanding views).

We are staying in a one bedroom unit as an exchange against our home unit at the Samoset Resort in Maine and are really impressed so far. It is school vacation week for many schools so it is a busy, touristy area but yet we are facing a nice little creek at the base of the mountains so we have a nice ambience going on all day and night. We love our little balcony with the two rocking chairs and really loved visiting Dollywood today (a great family fun amusement part with a terrific show called Drum from Nova Scotia). It is definitely a Gold Crown resort in most ways other than the sofa bed which is so bad our guest had to share our king size bed with us (which was OK because it is my sister!) but still regrettable.

We would be interested in owning here if the prices were reasonable and, to that end, got no high pressure sales pitch thankfully. YOu will definitely love the location, the nature that surrounds you and a great pancake house right across the street that makes any and all breakfast dishes to a tee.
