We own 3 weeks at Grande Vista starting in 1997. We have gone there every year and love it, but sadly cannot make it for this 2025 week due to events beyond our control. This is a self contained resort with pretty much everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Plus, Disney is very close by and easy to get to. And, there is so much to do in and around Orlando, that you will run out of time before you run out of things to do. This 3 bedroom villa can sleep up to 12 people, so have fun!

Amenities here are geared to make the 164-acre property a self-contained resort suited for longer stays. Several on-site dining options include a poolside bar and grill, sweets shop, on-site Pizza Hut Express, and a more upscale (yet still casual) restaurant at the golf club that serves a breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner. The golf club has a nine-hole course, pro shop, and 35-acre practice facility where the Marriott Golf Academy’s pros offer lessons. Swimming facilities are also extensive: There's a lap pool and three other heated outdoor pools, including an expansive one with waterfalls and an adjacent splash pool for kids. Multiple whirlpools and a poolside sauna building provide a bit of tranquility, and more serenity can be found at the full-service spa that offers an array of treatments, from massages and facials to body scrubs and wraps. It also sells spa products and has a steam room.A large fitness center on-site provides a spacious facility for working out with dozens of cardio and weight-training machines and free weights. But many guests prefer heading out to the Marriott's large lake, where paddle boats and fishing gear can be rented. The Boathouse also has ping-pong and billiards tables that are covered, and the Sandy Point Beach on the lake has sand volleyball and fire pits surrounded by chairs. A landscaped picnic area offers several gas grills and covered tables

For those of you who haven't been to this resort this is a wonderful place for kids who are younger and maybe not quite ready for a full week at Disney but maybe a few days there and then is located right next to Sea World! It is a perfect location, easy to get to all places you would want. Also, this resort has beautiful walking trails that go around the resort. I spent many days walking with the stroller for a couple of hours and everyone was happy!

Marriott's Grande Vista is located near Disney World and Universal Studios. On site, it provides swimming pools and children's play areas. Family friendly, yet conveniently located near adult activities and golf courses. A great resort.

We always enjoy our stays at the Marriott resorts. Compared to other time share locations they are always head and shoulders above the rest.

We love this resort and have been staying here since 2006. It is very quick and convenient to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Sea World and Discovery Cove are just around the corner. The resort is always clean, safe, and quiet.

We’ve been coming to this location for over a decade. VERY family friendly, complete with pool slides for kids, adult-only pool area, and grilling area.
