Location, Location! location! This small complex has a perfect location.. Pine Acres Lodge is located approximately eight blocks from the ocean and miles of sidewalks facing the crashing waves, six blocks from the award winning golf course, and approximate 2 miles from world famous Monterey aquarium. This well designed studio is very well managed and very clean and it is a true bargain, especially on the northern California coast.

Walking distance to public golf course and Ocean walking paths. Monterey and Carmel within 5 miles. Excellent dinning and the world class Monterey aquarium. Studio unit has king size Murphy bed, with cable TV, small refrigerator, small fire place, roomy sitting area, shower and fully stocked kitchenette. Perfect for two or just you if traveling alone. Spa, BBQ, sitting areas, and free Wi-Fi.

We love coming to our timeshare here at Pine Acres Lodge. The room, although a studio, is very comfortable! We love the fireplace, and the huge murphy bed! There are so many amazing places to eat in Pacific Grove that you really don't need to use the kitchen, but it is there if you want it. The resort is in a really quiet neighborhood, and close to the ocean...maybe a 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to town and very near Monterey.

Just bought at Pine Acres Lodge or PAL as it is called. Stayed there over the weekend and found much to my delight that the complex is well maintained both the grounds and the rooms. The bonus time feature for owners is wonderful. I can see why so few units are for sale.

I am owner at Pine Acres Lodge. It's a nice, low-key, family-friendly place. We visit almost every year. Management and service have been quite good over the years.

We like to walk down to the coast (rugged beaches), or into downtown Pacific Grove during the day. We enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and sauna in the late afternoon and early evening. Local attractions include the Monterey Bay Aquarium (which I like a lot), and Pebble Beach Golf Course (I don't care for golf, but I know that Pebble Beach is famous).

We had a great time here. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a queen. The upstairs has a nice living room/dining room area and a complete kitchen. There was even a little ocean view from upstairs. Terrific sunsets. Pine Acres is a few blocks from both the beach and a golf course (Pacific Grove Municipal).

We stayed here in October and we really liked the location. We had a two bedroom townhouse. We could view the ocean from the second level window about two blocks away. About a mile from the resort is the Pacific Grove golf course. We ate a several good restraunts our favorite was the Fishwife. The units were recently remodled and were very clean. I can't wait to go back.

2 blocks to beach. 1/2 mile to Asilomar. 2 blocks to golf course and Pt. Pinos light house. Close to many golf courses. Immaculately kept and equipped. Everything you need to enjoy this stunning area of California

The Monterey Peninsula is a "bucket list" place. If you've never been there, you must go. If you have been there, you probably want to go back.

Pine Acres Lodge is right in the middle of it.

Absolutely Wonderful, Golf, Walking Sitting by the Ocean. Quiet but close to Carmel, Monterey, and of Course Pacific Grove. Coast side California is beautiful.

Beds are very comfortable, location is perfect. Weather can't be better! So walkable to the ocean!

Superb location in Pacific Grove. Walk to Asilomar Beach and boardwalk areas. Close to Carmel, and Monterey Bay Aquarium. Fully equipped townhouse. Quiet surroundings.

Lovely small complex surrounded by pine trees. Near golf course, beach, butterfly groves, and Point Pinos Lighthouse. Very quiet. Drivable to downtown Pacific Grove, which is charming. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the hot tub, riding our bikes, exploring the beach, and driving 17 Mile Drive. The weather in November is usually cool and sunny.

Close to everything. Near Lighthouse road with lots of restaurant's and shops. The ocean is only a 15 minute walk.

We feel we have the single best timeshare property in town!

A quiet, private location with everything you need, and close to everything else. Take a walk, golf, kick back or just nap! Its up to you.

Staff is available to help you find the right activities or guide you to whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable.

We have NO lack of great food here either so whatever your taste buds seek, we have it to offer on the Peninsula. We also offer a gas grill on site if you'd prefer to just grill a few burgers or a steak, and stay in.

We like to think of PAL as a home away from home. Easy, quiet and enjoyable. Come sea why everybody picks PAL when they come to PG.

Location, Location, Location. This is a cozy resort within walking distance to the ocean. There is Pickleball nearby. It is in a lovely, safe neighborhood.
