A beautiful gated community directly on the
lake at north Lake Tahoe. The project has 78
condo units of varying sizes, and 19 multi-
million dollar homes. (Only a few of the
condos are timeshare swaps.)
Quite unusual is the existence of very large
units -- up to four bedrooms plus a sleeping
loft for a total of five sleeping areas. These
are right smack on the lake -- 20 feet away!
Has a condo feel, not like a hotel. Great
complex in one of the most desireable areas of
the North Lake, near ski areas.
The complex has pool, dock, boat bouys for
rent if you bring your boat, rec house that can
be rented for special occasions, tennis courts.
No food service on site, but 25 great
restraurants in 10 minute drive.
This is a sleeper because it is not a normal
timeshare, only a few units are timeshared.
But is really one of the best values on all Lake
Tahoe. Discovered it through a friend, it is a
real first-class find! We stayed in one of the
huge four bedrooms (unit 46) right on the
water. Totally remodeled, luxury equipped,
absolutely great!
