Nice area for a leisurely vacation. Near many golf courses.

This site is in the Orlando Area for Disney World, or Universal or Sea World. Travel to East Coast is easier, and you don't have to get caught up in the hurried and marketing atmosphere of a Disney location. Get home with some sanity left.

The "resort" looked like converted old apartments in a lower-class neighborhood; not at all attractive and not much to do nearby except golf. Very quiet, with many unoccupied units. The only amenities are a pool (small but warm), weight room (4/5 of the equipment didn't work right), and sauna (looked okay, but I didn't turn it on). The unit size and space were okay, with a screened porch and good amount of closet space. Cleanliness was okay. The kitchen was well-equipped, but dishes/silverware were cheap. TVs were old (none in second BR) and towels were thin. I'm glad we brought some memory foam for the bed. Office personnel were friendly. Overall we were disappointed and wouldn't return.

This place is very clean ...It is great for me, as a mother with a child who is extremely hyperactive I can watch him without worrying about crowds etc. The pool is kept in top shape very clean . The only thing is if you like crowds this place is not for you. However, it has been my experience that this is probably the cleanest timeshare I have ever been to. They do not fool around when it comes to cleaning your unit when you arrive. Again it is NOT the four seasons but it gets the job done. .

This is a nice quiet timeshare that is perfect for families looking for downtime after visting nearby Walt Disney World. The pool is a great place to cool off in after a full day at the Amusement parks. Very convenient to all Orlando attractions and near Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Not the most luxurious, but very convenient.

VERY SMALL OUT OF THE AREA CONDO WITH LITTLE TO NO EXTRA,S THE TWO BEDROOM 1 HAD NO TV NO SECURITY AND VERY POOR MAINTANCE DOOR,S NOT LOCKING RIGHT OUTLETS TAPED OVER THE ONLY REASON IT GET,S TWO STAR,S IS THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY HELPFUL AFTER THE THIRD CALL TO GET THE OUTLET FIXED
