I have stayed here 3 times; once way back in 2004 on an exchange...have also been there recently on a 2 night stay. I really like this place; it's not huge and it's near Celebration, not far from many restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to off the 417 from the airport. It's sort of dated; the 'animal'/Africa motif needs to be updated but other than that, the beds are great and LOVED the nice master bathroom with the shower and big soaking tub. Nice screened in porch or patio depending on what you rent. Has a fitness center. Plenty of towels and the condo amenities are just fine for your stay. Too bad the cool walk way to the pool isn't in use anymore but, guess that's too much maintenance. Speaking of the pool, it's very nice; deep, clean, has nice seating, a little cabana that has drinks, food, and they do things like Karaoke. Checked in kind of late and the staff was great. Be aware though that they do not have elevator service so if you get a third floor that's going to be a challenge getting your stuff up. Other than that, I really like this place and am looking to purchase a timeshare there if things work out. Would highly recommend; oh and if you are into the Disney thing, it's not far away! Have stayed at the 'larger' timeshares in Otown and prefer this one; I think it's a great deal for the $$$.

We have come here several years now for 3-4 weeks in Feb- Mar. This Diamond resort was bought recently by Mariott but things are moving slowly to get the resort up to Hilton standards. We love staying here even though our unit this year has not been updated. The furnishings are older but the units are comfortable. It is great for families with children as the resort is small and the pool, playground, etc. are convenient to all units. No elevators in the 3 story buildings. Housekeeping and staff are all excellent. There are activities for children and Karaoke but the activities need to be upgraded. How about improving junk food bingo consisting of 3 games with prizes such as Kenya Cafe credit or local gift cards to restaurants? The Kenya Cafe at poolside has a very limited menu that could be improved. The staff is very accommodating to any reasonable requests and bought more umbrellas when we were there. We definitely will continue returning to Parkway! The four stars is only because the units need updating and we have been told that is underway…

A great resort in an excellent location off the 192 in Kissimmee. Literally 5 minutes to all things Disney. Unit overlooks pool area. Ideal for kids or grandkids. A few short steps from your back door to the pool. Lots of amenities. Check out the pictures on their website. Parkway International. Maintenance fees paid for 2023 and two weeks available for this year already paid for. Week 10 which is almost always on Canadian march break

We are in our last week of a 4 week stay and love the friendliness of this resort from staff to visitors. It is obvious that many here are long term owners of this timeshare and all we spoke to love it. Becky, the activities director is a hoot and a lot of fun. She knows most of those return visitors by name and the kids love her. The front desk was great, especially Jackie, and the one of the managers we met (Hunter) was wonderful. When you stay multiple weeks, you get a free weekly cleaning and Bebeanna did a superb job. We enjoyed the bingo and blackjack around the pool area a few times weekly. The place could use updating but everything was in working order and comfortable. We tried the pool bar and the tacos and chicken wraps were excellent and reasonable. This is a convenient location for all Orlando area activities and restaurants and shops...I think this place is already about filled for 2019 and we can see why....

Fantastic. Stayed there in November. Place was just what we needed to have great adventures in the theme parks nearby, and cozy family time .

We have been going to this resort for 20+ years. Its in close proximity to I-4, Disney, and all other Orlando attractions. The resort has a beautiful pool and hot tub. There is also a bar near the pool. We like that we can walk to a few restaurants from the resort. Friendly staff.

We stayed at the Parkway Internation on an exchange through II. The resort was well maintained, our unit was very comfortable. The location was great, and we loved the close access to the restaurants next door. You could walk to many of the things you need. Disney was just 5 minutes away. We loved the pool and tiki bar area. I thought the kitchen was quite thin on pots, pans, dishes ect., but overall it was a great place to stay.

The perfect sized resort, and only 5 minutes to Disneys Main Gate. They have a great pool with a wonderful Tiki Bar, and most of the units face the pool. Not one of those gigantic, humungous resorts.....here you get to know the staff - and they're wonderful. A big, deep pool surrounded by trees and lush tropical plants, never crowded at the pool either. Great hot tub too. What more do you need ?? Also, each unit has a cozy patio or deck for the morning coffee or afternoon beverage. The place is great, and again you are only 5 minutes to Celebration, Old Town, and all the Disney parks.

The pool was nice and we really like the nature trails. Hard to believe we were minutes from everything but it still had an isolated feel. Celebration is five minutes away as is Old Town and a Publix Supermarket. This was our second year and we enjoyed it more this year than last. They added wireless this year (30 dollar charge) and the staff is wonderful. If you are into the parks, Disney is 10 to 15 minutes away and Universal is close, but because of traffic it takes 25 to 30 minutes to get to it. (Interstate 4 is a nightmare).

I stayed at Parkway in March and I loved it. The units and grounds are extremely well kept. The pool is great and the location couldn't be better. It's a smaller resort than alot of the large ones therefore, it has a more intimate feel to it. The unit's decor was wonderful and so comfortable. We loved the screened porch which overlooked the pool. Can't wait to go back.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Parkway International Resort. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I had a new coffee pot sent to the condo in less than 10 minutes. The condo itself was perfect for the 5 of us. The pool was delightful. I rented a video card for the week, good for those rainy nights. Everything was in good working order. The proximity to Disney was the best part. It was a 2 minute drive.,12 minutes to Universal.

We liked this place a lot The 2 bedroom unit was large and comfortable with a screened-in porch everything that you need for a Orlando vacation.

Pool area was large and had a snack bar. The grounds were lush and all areas were well- kept.

The whole resort has an African wildlife theme. Near to the I-4 but still is quiet, one of the best resales I have ever purchased.

We just returned from a vacation in Orlando and traded one of our time-share weeks in for a week at the Parkway International Resort. We were very disappointed. First of all, the sheets that were given to us to use on the hide-a-bed were torn and stained. We asked for a new set, and those had paint stains on them. The blankets were ripped. The twin beds were short, and our kids feet hung over the end. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that our son closed it up and had to sleep on the sofa itself. The grounds were only fairly well kept up. The maid service was minimal. The pool area was small and very shaded. The photos on line were much different than what we actually had when we went inside. We would never stay at this resort again.
