Serenity, solitude, spectacular scenery, serpentine roads.
As others have mentioned, these are nice open units with the MBR, including its own deck, on the lower level with the master bath and jacuzzi. A fireplace and two more decks are on the main level along with a decently equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace, the second BR with two double beds, and the second bath. You could see bits of water through the trees although it would be a stretch to say it was a "lake view."
The TV in the living area was a 27" regular TV, whereas many timeshares are upgrading to flat panels. The fireplace is for Duraflame logs only.
Our main complaint was with housekeeping. The coffee pot was filthy and had to be scrubbed. I trapped a 1-1/2" roach under the teakettle and we found a dead roach along the picture window. (Folks at the reception area said they were probably "wood roaches" that "come in the mulch" and reminded us that we were in the woods, a fact that can hardly escape one's notice.) Quite a few silverfish. The unit really needed a deep cleaning.
There is nothing nearby. There are two restaurants across from each other but hours are a bit erratic and another a couple of miles away under a 7-11 type store. There are far more real estate offices than commercial establishments. Golf courses were very pretty and must have been nice because there were golfers on the course the entire time, undeterred by near-constant rain, which kept us from doing much in the way of sightseeing.
Do some grocery shopping before you get there. Plan on doing breakfast and maybe lunch in and plan on some driving for dinner unless you are content with the few places in the resort.
