Are units 705 or 604 on the ground floor?

No, neither unit is ground floor. The unit number scheme identilfiesthat. All (x0#) units are located in the Phase 1 Tower (the originaltower). Where 'x' = the floor number, '0#' is the unit number. Floor 1 (ground floor) is the lobby/check-in). Floor two is the entranceto the fitness center and the interior entrance to the spa.Floor threehas a house keeping storage area and the common use laundry facility.Units start on the 4th floor and go up to the 14th floor. (So, 'x' rangesfrom 4 to 14.) Each floor has the same floorplan. '01' & '06' units are:1BR, 1 balcony, 1BA, King Bed + Sleeper Couch, Occupancy of 4 . While you will want to reconfirm with the owner before booking, the frontdesk staff advised that both units are on the ground floor.
