Great place to vacation. Being in S Nags Head is being on a less crowded beach. This unit (#314) has the best view of the beach as it is on the oceanfront. Perfect for a family vacation!

Nothing fancy, but the beach is right there. Very quiet resort, Just right for relaxing, and fishing. There is a fireplace and free wood for the colder months. They do allow owners to bring pets during the off season in some of the units. I enjoyed my week here very much.

Spacious units but some dated furnishings. Nice location with great beach. No TV in master BR. Many units were extensively refurbished after Hurricane Isabelle.

visited a couple of years ago. obvious maintenance problems. pool allowed to fill with sand over winter and sand piled up so much that part of the pool deck collapsed. sand had almost buried the walkover to the beach with only a few inches of the railing still visible. had to climb dune to get to the beach. seems poorly managed

A great destination for a family. This older resort has updated most of its units, others may be a bit dated. We have been there a few times and are always pleased with the experience. Right on the beach, plenty of room! Nothing fancy, but a great, quiet beach getaway.
