Its rather small for a resort and not very well sound proofed. Sounds from other units can be heard. Well setup and right on the beach....

Its rather small for a resort and not very well
sound proofed. Sounds from other units can
be heard.
Well setup and right on the beach. Seldom is
there much surf in the cape so if the sound of
the ocean is what you're looking for - keep
looking. The National Seashore is only a short
drive as is P town.
