Great location, only an hour and half drive from Boston or an hour from Portland and Kennebunkport is 20 minutes north. Easy walk to Perkins Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. Many restaurants and shops, great views of the ocean as you walk along the well paved path of the scenic Marginal Way. The Ogunquit American Art Museum is a few blocks walk down the street or drive further down about a mile and visit the famous Cliff House. Cruise the ocean for spectacular views of cliffs and more. Comfy cozy full size apartments with toiletries and linens. Grills and fire pit in the garden. Well attended office staff. Many options for parties of 2 to 6 guests.

Well maintained resort with a bed and breakfast feel but you have your own full kitchen to cook meals if you like.

Great location for taking advantage of all that Southern Coastal Maine has to offer.

Hillcrest is a unique charming New England Inn. Each unit is individually different yet fully equipped. A couple of units have fireplaces, a couple have ocean view - especially off season, 1 unit has a loft and 1 unit is townhouse style. It's not glitz and glitter or brand new but a delightful find for anyone who exchanges or owns there. It has a great location adjacent to Perkin's Cove, the Marginal Way and the very walkable town of Ogunquit, which has a beautiful fine sandy beach, great restaurants, and shopping.

Very cozy inn with indoor pool, accessible without walking outside. We were there Christmas week and the decorations were beautiful. What a nice winter escape! The resort provided firewood for your unit on an honor system. The town of Ogunquit was just beautiful with Christmas lights everywhere. The temps were in the high 60s as we walked the beach...Unbelievable. A great winter escape.

Stayed the 3rd week of June.

This a nice resort, tastefully decorated, but some of the furnishings a little worn. I would have given this resorts 4 stars, but some the chairs/ beds have seen better days, or younger lives. It is in a quiet atmosphere, that's the good part, the resort is a little out of the way. It is 1/2 mile past where the trolley will pick you up that travels from Ogunquit to Wells, etc.

A slight view of the Ocean can be seen from the 3rd floor balcony.

The staff are nice and helpful but on seem on edge to enforce their rules. An example we left the week early, and had parked in the drop/off unpacking zone and the people in the office we there in a second to pounce on us about where we parked the car, thinking we were parking illegally, which we weren't.

Overall an okay resort that resembles a New England bed & breakfast.

Great if you like New England charm and don't need all the bells and whistles. Very spacious units, well maintained. Quiet and secluded yet a very easy walk through the woods and over the beautiful footbridge to Perkins Cove. Indoor pool is a nice plus during rainy weather, and the units with fireplaces are esp. great during the fall.

Turn of the 19th century resort, its showing its age. Some units are much better than others. Only from the 3rd floor units can the ocean be seen.

Units with fireplaces are very nice in snowy weather but the ocean can't be seen. Firewood is an extra cost.

A 1/4 mile walk brings you to Perkin's Cove and the start of Marginal Way, a paved walk way along the ocean's edge. The cove has a number of shops and fishing boats for charter.
