One bedroom on the third floor with pool and mountain view. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, small kitchen, bath and living room with sleeper couch. This will not last long at a great price.

We have stayed here at least 5 times and always loved it because of its location to Palm Canyon Drive. The Thursday night Street Fair is a favorite of ours and is so close to the resort. The ever- popular Sherman's Deli is right next door and the movie theater is right around the corner! Try your hand at the slot machines and game tables right across the street at the Spa Resort.

The grounds have improved greatly in the past year since being taken over by Trading Places management. There are quite a few BBQs on site and the pool area is maintained very well and has beautiful views of the mountains. The villas are very spacious with large balconies. Some of the furnishings could use a little upgrading but all in all this is a great place to stay if you want space, a large kitchen, everything within walking distance, a spacious pool and spa area, a friendly staff, free underground parking with full time security, and a complimentary LA Times at your door every morning!

Probably our favorite spot in Palm Springs, its main virtue is its location.

You can walk to Palm Canyon Drive and the main part of downtown. There is also a nice kids pool, in addition to a very nice adults' pool, and decent tennis.

There are not many hotel activities going on, but location, location, and location make it very worthwhile. You will be impressed at the size of the suites, and you can order silverware and cooking utensils for the large kitchen at a nominal cost.
