This is a small timeshare several blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the Pigeon Forge tourist strip. Only 20 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 15 min. from Dollywood. It is very quiet. All the furnishings, appliances and carpeting have been replaced in the past few years. It is always clean. No planned activities, but they have a lovely pool, spa, recreation room and lounge. Location ideal, close to churches, shopping , library and numerous attractions.
We own here and look forward to our visit every year. Our week is in the spring usually around Easter and the opening week of Dollywood. Spring is an ideal time to visit Pigeon Forge. The flowering trees and plants are beautiful and temperature is ideal. Traffic is light compared to summer.
We especially like the fact that we are not accosted by salespeople (they don't have any) trying to sell us yet another timeshare.
