When owner's are threatening not to pay their
fees you know it's not just you that dosen't
like the place. First Lake Bridgeport level is
way down,being drained by Ft. Worth. Most of
the buildings in Westwind are in really terrible
shape, seemingly due to poor construction
and land subsidence. Some are either
condemned (or should be.) Surrounded with
yellow caution tape due to collapsed brick
walls .The interior of some units were also
dangerous looking (cracks,tile peeled off etc.)
Water coming up to the road surface ( leaking
pipe or septic system???) The unit we stayed
in may have been the best with only a few
annoyances,but the front porch brick pillars
were seperated in the center and were no
longer load bearing,(looked dangerous either
now or surely in the future)Anyway we give it
a no star.
