We were there Christmas 2005, and we had the best time. Several island restaurants served a free Christmas dinner to their guests, which was such a surprise to us. The island tram took us right to our favorite restaurant, and everywhere else for free. It was a bit windy, but we were dressed for it. It was a pleasure to be there for our first Christmas away from home. We had no complaints about the musty smelling rooms, because that is expected on an island surrounded by water. You got to see it for yourself:-)

Seller pays closing costs. New owner is only responsible for 2026 MF. RBTC is a great resort! Best location on the island, great beach, 3 pools, walking distance to many restaurants and short drive to everything else. Condos are spacious, clean, updated, well stocked and all balconies have a direct view of the gulf and pools. There are 4 well maintained tennis courts. The landscape is lush providing a tropical feel. Gated entry for security. Owned for almost 20 years and hate to sell but not able to use as much as we would like.

It is okay resort. The gated resort has very nice grounds but the rooms are just average. They smell musty but they may be the same in all the resorts. The living room furniture was newer but the refrigerator was very rusty.

Stayed here many years ago. All the outdoor pools and resort "feel" were wonderful. Watched people play tennis with the ocean waves crashing in the background - nice. Stayed in a 2 bedroom which had large livingroom and balcony and large kitchen. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and were roomy enough.
