had booked a 4 night stay. I only stayed 2 of those nights. If there would have been hotel availability, it would have only been one night. I did not mind that the units were smelly and old and when you sat on the couch your behind touched the floor. What I minded was being tricked into a sales meeting under the guise that I was going to see the new 2 bedroom units ( which as an OWNER I had a right to see especially with the increase in maintenance fee's ). Then the guy who can only be described as cross between a used car salesman and a telaevangelist proceeded to insult me and the staff he works with while asking me to purchase a more expensive package. "When I complained about this I was brushed off and nothing was done. Turns out, I am just one of a million who have had issues with this resort. Stay away, dont even take a week for free...you will regret it.

Very clean and nice place to relax (we were there last AUG, 2006 and come back on July 2007). We enjoyed the facilities and the friendly staff, plus the full kitchen and free laundromat within the compound.

3/2004 Had a nice stay with two families, kids included. Rooms are clean and spacious. Make sure and request a room facing the pool courtyard. Our room looked out to the not so nice neighborhood outside the resort. It turned out not to matter too much as we were always busy doing something. The pool was nice, and our 11 year old stayed busy playing basketball and tennis. Good location. A little away from all the Casino Action, but it only took us 5 minutes to get to Circus Circus in Reno. This would be a good place for a home base for a "Reno Area" vacation. There are several units that are comepletely being remodeled. Very nice BBQ area/facilities, near the pool.

I have to say that it has been 2 years, but I was not happy with the T-bird. I looked at it as nothing more than a place to sleep. You can tell that this "resort" is nothing more than an old aparment complex revamped and furnished. They did have a nice pool though.

Great Place! I have been staying here for the past 10 years!.....lots of things to do. The Reno area is a great place to vacation, something for everyone.
