We are summer travelers (June) and stayed in a two bedroom with a loft and loved it. Very roomy. We don't ski, but will return to Steamboat again in the summer to escape the heat. Beautiful town, great climate and a fantastic place to stay.

A terrific location with great amenities. The facility looks great and was comfortable for all the people we had. (six people unit actually was good for six people! Too often other places overestimate the number of guests.)

Proximity to entertainment, skiing and the main driving arteries was great. I wasn't kept awake by partying renters or guests. The unit was clean and comfortable so we could relax--which is all we wanted to do after a day's skiing. One day a couple decided to stay in, instead of enjoying the fresh powder, and they had a great time in the space, met some other couples and found peace and quiet when they wanted to curl up with a book (and a margarita).

Best place in Colo to ski; best timeshare to own or trade into. Not new, but recently upgraded for beds, furniture and big screen tv. Has internet and free shuttle to hill about 5 minutes away. Been going there for 35 years and expect to continue. See you there>

The Steamboat area is great. I have been going to Steamboat and North Star for years with family and friends and everyone loves it and they can't wait to get back. We enjoy the great skiing, beautiful scenery, and the many other activities Steamboat offers. The dining in the area is plentiful. We have gone horse back riding, hiking, snow shoeing, and up to the Strawberry Hot Spring ( a must). The summer offers a Mustang (car) rally, music, and a rodeo. I have two trips planned for the coming year and I am looking forward to them!

Great fun! We’ve been to Steamboat and North Star a number of times over the years and it’s always enjoyable. Our 2-bedroom unit was roomy with plenty of windows. The interior is nicely appointed with a cozy fireplace that’s great after a day on the slopes or a cool evening. We had a personal outside deck with great views for just relaxing and taking in the beautiful mountain surroundings. North Star is in a great location, just minutes from the ski slopes and a quick hop to downtown Steamboat. Free bus service is available just a couple of blocks away; a great way to head downtown for “Happy Hour” or looking for bargains in some of the quaint shops. There’s a cozy hot tub in the building for guests. We always found that to be a great way to kick back and relax after skiing or downtown shopping. We found many great restaurants like barbeque at the Steamboat Smokehouse and some exciting attractions like the gondola ride, the “Old Town Hot Springs” with 104 degree spring-fed pools, water slides & climbing wall. We’ve also enjoyed hot air ballooning and horseback riding but there’s plenty of options any time of year. We look forward to our future trips out to North Star. Each season has its own beauty and fun things to do.
