This is one of the nicest timeshares I have ever visited. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The resort is smaller and has a nice friendly family vibe to it. The beach is a couple of minutes drive...very convenient. I like that it is close to Myrtle Beach, but not in all the busy traffic. There is lots to do in the area for families. The resort has a very nice pool and tennis courts, as well as other outdoor activities. There is a nice pond out back with turtles swimming. I would highly recommend this resort.

Although these are older condos, they are well maintained and very clean. We stay at a 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bath (each bedroom has a private bath) condo which is very spacious. They have completely renovated with new furniture, flooring, and carpets. The living room is huge, with a with a well- equipped kitchen. This is ideal for multiple families or groups of golfers/shoppers. The location is close to Myrtle Beach, but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle!

We spent the third week of March 2004 in a 2 bedroom unit. The complex is quiet and gated but has no activities except for a welcome coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful and because it is older and sold out there are no units for sale except a few resales.

There is a small pool and spa, tennis court, shuffle board court and children's play area. They are all showing their age but are being maintained. Equipment is available to rent at the office.

The unit we had was quite large and clean but again showing its age with outdated fixtures and furniture.
