Loved it!!!! When I read all the negative reviews, I was kind of afraid to go, but we actually loved it. We were in the three bedroom unit and it was very spacious. We've been going to the Poconos for the last 6 years and this was our favorite resort so we are coming again next year. We used our fireplace every night. The unit was clean... All appliances worked. I thought it was very nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great vacation spot, especially for kids. Lots of outdoor activities. Waterslides, parks Buskill Falls, camping, boating and deer who will eat out of your hand. Excellent golf course at VERY reasonable rates (including a Jack Nicklous Great Bear Course). The resort is quiet, relaxing and in a beautiful setting.

Please Note: The new recreation center is scheduled to be completed by late spring, 2007 This new rec center will include an indoor pool, rec room/community room, outside tennis courts and a playground.

Eagle Village is a beautiful and comfortable timeshare property in a secluded setting. Most units are actually houses, not condos, and the village is situated on the edge of Tamiment lake and in a mature forest.

The Delaware river provides many exciting water activities like rafting and canoeing. There are beaches and fishing and functions in the towns year-long: Horse- back riding, flea markets, shopping, etc. In 2006, Eagle Village will start and complete in 2007 the building of its own recreation center which will include an enclosed pool, multi-purpose room, and playground. During that time, guests will have access to Fernwood. We are NEXT to The Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing Arts and 3 miles from the world famous Bushkill Falls, dubbed "The Niagara of Pennsylvania'.

Stayed here 5/8 -5/15/04, large unit very comfortable for 6 people. Downfalls, no activities to speak of, one indoor pool at motel resort location, needed to drive there.

Had to pay a utility fee, which seemed to be a way to pass on maintenance fees to guests instead of the poor owners, problem was the AC barely worked. What a joke!

Outdoor pool wasn't open and need major renovation anyway.

Golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones an excellent layout, but doesn't take water too well from constant rainy weather.

Associated resort of Tamiment was run down.
