I and many family members (50) are owners and have been for many years. Bridgett is everything to the Sand Pebble and is very Professional. She knows her job, does it beyond expectations, and does everyone else's job if someone calls out. . We have watched her go from a young girl to this amazing smart woman "any" resort would be proud to have on staff. The Big Boss is Ms Joann and has been there since day one, running the resort with a fine tooth comb. Both ladies welcome me and my family with open arms and are sincere with their abilities to please us all, all the time. In 20 years we have made many friends there. When your employees stay with you for many many years to me that says something good about the resort boss. We are always looking for weeks 26 and 27 to rent or buy. The family keeps getting bigger.
This resort will please you. If there is any tiny thing that displeases you, they will make it right to the best of their abilities. They have a wonderful staff beyond Ms. Joanne, Bridgett, and Lisa my go-to for oversized pots, pans, extras, and possibly the reason for the luxury linens, Charlie, Taylor, and Katherine. (several others I am missing), I do not know the three guys very well who keep the grounds and maintenance polished, other than they also are very good at staying busy keeping the place a five-star. The Office stays open twice as long as other resorts, 7 days a week mostly til very late, like 11pm. Couple days they close at 8pm. Service beyond expectations.
