Not fair reviews. Place is badic but as clean as a whistle. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream store, dd, and the inflatable water park. In a great location. Location, location, location canr beat price.

Holiday Vacation Condominiums is a basic resort. There are no extras, but it is centrally located and you can easily get to the beaches, to Boston, to Plimoth Plantation or anywhere else on the cape. We stayed in June of 2008 and found it clean and the staff friendly.

This resort takes BASIC to a whole new level. The place is immaculate and the pool and hot tub are lovely but that is about it. The one bedroom sleeps four was probably what should be considered a studio sleeps 2. Fortunately we were only two. The sheets are made of sandpaper and there was a plastic covering on the mattress The pillows were horrible. The furniture is very small, very small the TV is tiny and in the 'living room' and the couch was perpendicular to the tv and the other chairs were dining chairs. The couch was not long enough to lie down on. The coffee table was about 12" by 12". They gave us two towels. There was no houskeeping at all. If you wanted more towels you had to ask, you had to put your own garbage outside etc. The office staff was not friendly.
