We have always loved this resort! Every unit has a beautiful view of the lake. Boating, fishing, swimming, etc. and an hours drive to Houston. Short drive to Conroe for shopping , restaurants, etc.. We are in our eighties now & unable to travel or we would not be selling this fabulous vacation spot!

The Landing at Seven Coves is located on a peninsula jutting out into beautiful Lake Conroe. The resort features a pool, tennis courts, playground, biking, basketball, laundry facilities, and a marina. Enjoy fishing, boating, and water sports on the lake. The resort is minutes away from the town of Conroe's shops, restaurants, and outlet mall. Relax in this peaceful, lakefront setting and let your cares melt away.

This is a very nice resort, which our family has loved to return to year after year. There is something very special about the setting which is totally opposite to what we all experience everyday with the hurry=scurry of life. Our children have memories that go way back with this place, and they are priceless. Just taking the walks, or being on the water, or leaning over the balcony and seeing the fish below, these are special, not to be had in the city. I believe this is the only resort in the RCI system that is actually built over the water, as in you can sit on the balcony and fish. I would gladly trade into this place over and over again. We loved it.

WOW!!!!! What a picky person you are. Had a bad chair and some exercise equipment was broken, but your kids and husband loved the place. Hey ever think about going for a walk in the woods or along the shore line? You were on vacation weren't you? I can't believe you gave it a bad rating.

The rooms look recently renovated and are clean. The view of the lake is awesome. we were in a two bedroom in August 2007. it was very hot but there are two pools to cool you off. I did not rate the place a 4 star as many of the workout machines were broken and our room had a chair with the stuffing coming out of it that i couldn't manage to get replaced. my hubby and kids really enjoyed fishing from the balcony.

We stayed at the Landing at Seven Coves at the end of April 2007. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 story unit. The one bedrooms are on the lower level. People around us were fishing from their balconies and catching a variety of fish including catfish and sunfish. the catfish were about 2 to 3 pounds. The unit was nicely furnished and appeared to have been renovated recently. It was quiet during the week but filled up on the weekends. We drove to Houston several times and it takes about an hour to go downtown. We visited the Aquarium which is worth it for the white tigers. We also went antiquing in Huntsville and bought several unique items. On the downside there is no midweek refresh and they charge for phone calls over 10 minutes. The wireless internet sevice costs $15 or $20 per week but we could not get connected despite calls to the provider. The coin laundry looks like it came out of the 60s and there is a lot of competition for machines. Overall, the location is great, the neighbourhood is great and it is conveniently located next to the marina for watersports. A new condo is being constructed next door but is nearly finished. We will go back.
