Are the all inclusive fees included in the timeshare rental price? If not, what is the cost March2023 for adults and kids under 11 years?

kids under 12 are usually free and time share owners rate is around $123. per day. they have an app that gives many details about the resort

The AI rates have gone up hugely. Non-owners not on a package pay US$300/night (incl taxes and service charge), and kids under 12 are free. Owners get a 30% discount, so pay around US$210 a night, but must pay for kids at half that. Non-owners on a flight+room package can add AI for only $125 +17% tax + 10% service fee
