the villa we stayed in was absolutely
beautiful, unfortunately the office staff and
owners need to become familiar with
accommodating guests during adverse
conditions e.g. power outage for 2 days. we
were handed a flashlight and left to our own
resources in a 4bd 4bath villa with 6 people. i
would suggest they need to invest in a
generator as all the other resorts surrounding
have. "camping" for 2 days was not exactly
what we planned for at the cost of our stay!
their apologizes fell short of taking any
responsibility in our discomfort as they stated
to us " it is not under our control." i suggest
you ask before booking if they have corrected
this problem if you are looking to enjoy what
the villas do offer for the monies you pay.
