Just the right place for EVERYTHING. So safe, right location, has EVERYTHING. Can do the FISHING TOURNAMENTS or just sport fishing! Fabulous food and wonderful accommodations. Make money FISHING and then have them arrange a TOUR!

This resort looks like it was just updated. We had an awesome time here.

Cabo is a destination with lots of variety. This resort is for people who like night life, people watching, and an action vacation at a low cost. Really close to everything from shopping, to great restaurants, to tours. A short walk to Cabo Wabo and Squid Roe. The hotel has a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and spa. You can swim with the dolphins or take a short ponga ride out to Lover's Beach . The sunrises are wonderful. There is always something happening at the marina. The resort has added a new lobby in the center of this huge resort/convention complex, and new elevators to your rooms on the east end. We do not use the all inclusive because there are so many good restaurants nearby. The resort has been recently renovated, but very little thought went into the design--it is set up more as a hotel and less as a resort. Internet is free in the lobbies and only $5 per day in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful--especially the wonderful head bellman. The hotel and time share staff try to accommodate your wishes. This is a resort for fishermen, golfers, shoppers, spring breakers--people who are looking for the party atmosphere and 24 hour a day action. If you want a quiet, restful, romantic vacation, this is NOT the resort for you. If you like to be where it's happ'n, try this resort with another new name Wyndham Tesoro.

this is a great inexpensive hotel to stay at all inclusive program far price excellent food, the pool is full of fun tequilia volley ball music..this place is close to all the action if u r looking for a quite relaxing resort this is not it it is in the heart of cabo on the marina above all the great places to eat and drink and just a few blocks from all the rocking night clubs....... it is not on the beach and u need to treat the staff the way u want to be treated about the time share sales just get used to it its part of the experience just jester no to them and walk away,,,, better yet have another drink and when u see one of them coming towards u walk up to them put your arem around them and ask them if they want to buya time share u will throw in a free boat ride,,,hahaha

Terrible place considering the 7 resorts I've stayed at in Cabo. The walk to you room is a marathon. They give you wristbands and treat you accordingly. Get the "All inclusive" and don't think to drink any "good" drinks. There mixed drinks are never the same unless you find the same bartender. One pool and it's loaded with no where to sit or lay unless you get there early. The concierge follow you around to try and sell you a timeshare and will not help with the things they are supposed to help you with, unless you listen to their spiel. I had to all but yell at them to "Leave us alone" because 4 days into our stay, they continued to bother us from the elevator to the front door. Don't ask them for a taxi or how to get somewhere. I'm sorry, but this was the worst experience I've had, and I brought my mother and father in law with me and they litteraly planned the day to "leave thier room and not return until the end of the day" because you walk for ever and ever to get anywhere in the resort.

I will give kudo's to the chef's and boss man for the kitchen area. They cook great food, but it should be a little hotter, most food was only luke warm.

We own a two bedroom unit at the Tesoro and I will have to say it is a great location if one can stand the loud night club on the premises in addition to the outlandish recent maintaince fees - Up 1,000 % over 2006. Never intend to walk in this resort again. Total lack of business ethics. Pete

Watch out for "extraordinary fees" added to your maintenance fees at the resort's whim. For 2007 they are almost tripling the annual maintenance fees. Timeshare department is not helpful at all.

So noisy !! Made our trip UNBEARABLE. The walls in this place sound like hollow stucco............ Never Again !!!

This resort is right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. One can enjoy local restaurants, culture, and night life without hiring transportation. Right on the marina, the resort offers resort amenities without missing the action available in Cabo San Lucas.

There is not an onsite "laundry room". The hotel will provide a laundry service. Great location.

An older hotel, but very clean. Convenient location and noisy some nights, but that can be solved by closing the sliding door. Also, the noise doesn't go much past ten PM. Staff went out of their way to be accomodating

Wonderful view of the Marina from your apartment and from the pool. Within walking distance to center of town with lots of shopping and restaurants.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Fun activities are available at poolside during the day. Evening offers Bar-B-Q's or other buffet meals by the pool.

It's been several years since I've been there, but I was not impressed. It's a great location if you want to be right on the marina for fishing, but there is no beach.

This is not the place for you if you are looking for peace and quiet. It's very close (walking distance) to a lot of restaurants and bars, but that means it's very close to a lot of noise that lasts until well after midnight.
