My husband and I spent a week at the KL Plaza
Suites, after exchanging our beautiful 2 bedroom
unit in Australia.
We were given a 1 bedroom hotel room - no hot
water, inroom safe didn't work, and the unit was
not clean. After much discussion, we were advised
that we could not be upgraded as the timeshare
offices did not open until Monday (even though
check in day is Saturday!) and we were stuck
there. We decided to go up to the Genting
highlands for a couple of days and upon our return
the shower had lots of black hair in it - had
obviously been used while we were away!
The location is very good but this does not make
up for this hotel - I definitely would not stay
there again!
