4 stars in our own family scale: comfortable athmosphere - architecture protects against cold winds in wintertime - sunny resort in the sunny south (!) of Tenerife - no high buildings arround - not to climb stairs, good for handicaped person - british pub - Airport: Tenerife South (10 minutes) Reina Sofia if You are interested: week 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 every year, check-in tuesday- in my sunny unit C3 or other condos - exchange for other weeks possible - Fatima & Wilfried + little Inka

Having stayed here for the last two years I have endorsed my liking for the resort by deciding to go there again this year 2004. Silencio is a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos and Las Americas which are easily accessed from Silencio by car or regular public transport. Parque Don Jose is a lovely clean complex with mainly French or English families or couples of all ages who like some relaxing peace and quiet. The complex restaurant has a nice atmos phere where you can eat 3 courses for 7 Euro!! The complex is well suported by local small bars where the hosts deliver a friendly well stocked service at reasonable prices. Cant wait for Dec 2004

After being badly let down by II with my exchange at Club Flamingo Village in Costa Adeje I transferred to the Tenerife Sun Club. It is well worth recommending to anyone with/without children as a well organised resort with comfortable accommodation, good facilities, great entertainment and a very cosmopolitan atmosphere.
