Why do some studios have a queen bed and others say a king?

The lock-outs (studios) associated with the 3 bedrooms have king beds and sleeper sofa. The lock-outs (studios) in the 2 bedrooms have a queen and a sleeper sofa.

The resort has both type of beds in the studio units, so studios will have either a king bed or a queen bed.

All lock units have queen

What mattresses do you use? Are they hypoallergenic? I have asthma and this question is important.
