Pine and Maple are the two newest of the five resort buildings on the property. The lower floors are called Garden View - Floors 1-7 in Maple and Floors 1-8 in Pine. All the rooms face towards the ocean but the Garden View look down over 2 pools, a large hot tub, the Tree House play area, the pond and the gardens and shade trees - but from about floor 5 and above you can see the ocean over the front buildings. OceanView are all the floors 8 and above in Maple and 9 and above in Pine. These do have panoramic views of the ocean guaranteed - "ocean view".

Ocean view units are located in the Pine or Maple buildings of the resort and offer a semi-panoramic view of the ocean.
