I see the Scallop building on the map. Where is the Conch building? Are these the only 2 buildings with oceanside units?

The Conch building is located opposite the Scallops building. These are the only two buildings with Oceanside villas. The Starfish building is located between Conch and Scallops.

In the Scallops building, Oceanside villas will either face the center pool or the Dunes Club (located next door to OceanWatch). In the Conch building, Oceanside villas will either face the center pool or the Marriott Resort and Spa (a hotel located next door to OceanWatch).

We always request the Scallops building, as the sales offices are located on the main floor of Conch, with an entrance designated for sales only. You’ll need to enter on the lower floor or through the parking garage.
