I called the Kierland Resort and Spa # about condo renters using the Lazy River/slides at the hotel. I was told I had to rent through the Resort to use these facilities, that third party rentals (?) had to buy day passes to use the Resort special pools. This seems in conflict with the above note that villa renters have full access to the "kids activities such as the pools". What is the correct answer?

We stayed in the Villas and used the Hotel pool a couple of times. We were told there are blackout days for the Villas owners but that usually occurs over busy holidays. We were there in March during spring training and spring break and had no issues using the hotel pool.
