Great location, nice and same private beach by Taylor Swift's summer home, great before & after summer crowds, can walk three plus miles both ways on beach!

Its only a block from the ocean with mostly private beach. Can use the facilities any time. We would bike ride, then take a shower and go into the pool.

I love the location of this timeshare. It is a studio with a full kitchen and a very short walk to the beach as well as a few restaurants during 3 seasons. Restaurants in town are available in the winter. The 4 star is due to the closing of the whirlpool though the large swimming pool is really nice.

Nice location, just 1000ft to beach. Nice area, but a distance from stores. Queen bed very comfortable, sofa bed not comfortable. Unit clean and fairly well stocked. Internet did not work properly which caused us to leave early for work committments. Staff rarely present on site and not responsive to messages. Would go again due to location.
