I’ve owned here since its inception in 2001, and it’s a little slice of heaven. Peaceful but alive, and has served our family throughout its timeline: our kids building sand castles (so handy with kids - drop snacks/towels from the balcony down to the beach, private bathroom, midday naps), learning to surf/boogie board, kayaking on the pond, fishing, Mystic Seaport and aquarium, Dinosaur World, hunting for sea glass; then friends joining us some years, making friends with others on the property, now some years it’s a romantic escape or a blissful annual recharge.
