Unbeatable Location in the Heart of Leavenworth Village on the River side with Nice views of Village or Mountains from most rooms. Upkeep of rooms is Excellent and always very clean. Restaurants and bars are right across the street along with everything else Leavenworth has to offer, even a late night club. The staff is at times comically rude but this is a Timeshare so service is not their forte.

Stayed here in the fall after the Octoberfest celebrations and enjoyed being there without the crowds. A short walk down the street to walk along the river and nature preserve. The units are small (for two) with cozy fireplaces, small balconies and very limited cooking. Close to all of the shopping and there are so many places to eat within a few blocks- don't bother cooking. The weekends after Thanksgiving are VERY crowded for the christmas lighting ceremony. Parking was difficult due to construction.
