Four Seasons Residence Club Costa Rica Reviews & Ratings

This is the best “timeshare” I have ever been to. I went there on an exchange with my Four Seasons Aviara. We stayed in a gorgeous 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom including a screened in eating area. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. All the units are ocean view. We had daily housekeeping and groceries delivered to our room, although we had a rental car. In the future, I would pick up groceries on the way there from the airport because the cost of delivered groceries was very high. The service at this resort is impeccable.

We have not yet visited this resort, but have followed all of the news very closely, as well as talked with company representatives. After developing first Aviara and then Scottsdale, Four Seasons is shifting its model somewhat with Jackson Hole and Costa Rica. The new model is much more a shared condominium than a classic timeshare. Minimum purchases are in the 3-5 week range, and at higher prices than the first two residence clubs. Additionally, these units do not divide, so it is necessary to use the full two-bedroom unit each week. That said, all I can determine is that this resort is an absolute jewel. As existing owners at Scottsdale and Aviara, we will be looking for opportunities to exchange into or otherwise visit this spectacular location.
