After staying 2 times at this resort I feel very comfortable giving it a 5 star rating. it is beautiful. The staff is so friendly. Its the best i have stayed at.

we have owned at this resort before it was sold to Holiday Inn. we go every year. the resort is located to all the neat shops and restaurants in town plus just a short drive to Dollywood with all its beautiful decorations for Christmas and all her shows. the resort is well kept and friendly service. I would highly recommend this resort for your vacations.

We have stayed at this resort twice since we bought our timeshare and it has such nice accomodations. The condos are new and well maintained. You are so close to downtown Gatlinburg. It's only a short walk. You have everything you need in your room, washer/dryer, kitchen, lovely fireplace, balcony, very comfortable furnishings and a TV in every living and bedroom. You can request a "creekside" room and the view is breathtaking. I have to give this resort five stars.

We stayed there in Jan of 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife , who can be picky at times, just fell in love with the place. It is one of the newer resorts in Gatlinburg and is in walking distance of the main drag. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. A+

Visited Crown Park Resort for 1 week starting on March 17th. If you look up the definition of a Gold Crown Resort, a picture of this resort will be there.

Yes, it is new and is only partly done, but it is first class all the way. Easy walking distance to downtown.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, plenty of room. All units have free access to high speed internet.

this Gold Crown Resort opened on May 26 ,2006. We stayed there the second week of June. The resort is beautifull , the staff excellent , friendly and responsive to our needs. The furnishings are expensive . Having stayed in several timeshares in the U.S. and Mexico we would rate this on at the very top.
