I hate to let anyone know that this place is fantastic. It may be very difficult to get into it if it becomes well known. As they say, location, location, location. Very close to Zion National Park,(so beautiful), Bryce Canyon is a little further, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is a couple of hours, Mesquite, Nevada if you want to gamble, and so much more. The units, only 12 so far, are all 3 bedroom with 2 of them upstairs. Kitchen is great. Living area is roomy. 2 1/2 baths. Chris at the office is wonderful. It's part of a development that has permanent residents, but the 12 units are on a different block. Clubhouse is both for residents and guests. Pool isn't huge, but very nice. Hot tub also available.
Lots of shopping in St. George, including Costco, and restaurants. An outlet mall is near-by.
If we ever get back to the area we would love to stay here.
